Michael Walkowiak

President

I am Mike Walkowiak and I was recently elected as President of the Board at the end of 2022.  My Wife Jeanie, two kids and I have been living in North Wales since 2009.  We love North Wales because of the rural setting it provides us and our community. In our free time we love spending time swimming, kayaking, fishing and camping down by the river.

Linda Barrow

Architectural Review Committee Chair

Linda joined the board at our Aug 26, 2023 meeting. She has lived in community since 2010. Linda raised her kids and horses and now enjoys retirement and her chickens.

Other Architectural Committee Members include: Marc Hudson, Ezra Mangus (and a third member is needed).

Marc Hudson

Marc joined the board at our Aug 26, 2003 meeting.

He has lived in North Wales since 2011.

Glenn Jewell

Road Committee Chair

Glenn rejoined the board at the August 2025 meeting. He has lived in the community since 1998.

We will also need to nominate two additional road committee members.

Laura Hammond

Website and Board Member at large

Laura joined the board in fall of 2022, and is serving as the webmaster.

Laura and her husband Ryan have lived in North Wales since 2019 with their five children, 3 horses, 7 cats and a dog.
